1. Say "Hello"

Choose the job offer that best suits you and fill in the form enclosing your CV to apply for a chosen position. Our recruiter will analyze your application thoroughly, paying special attention to the requirements of specific job.

2. First contact

If your CV impresses us, we will give you a short phone call to discuss the basic of our further cooperation. We will tell you more about the recruitment process as well as talk about your experience and expectations. If we don't have any more questions, we will invite you directly for a meeting.

3. Meeting

During the meeting, held either in our office or via Skype, you will have a chance to get to know both a recruiter and your future supervisor. It is also a good opportunity to feel Ready4S corporate culture and learn more about the specific position. We would like to get to know you and your advantages as well as possible and we are open for all your questions, too.

4. Recruitment task

If we get along well, after the meeting you will be asked to complete a recruitment task. Such a task enables you to face challenges you will be dealing with in your future job and tells us more about how you work. Each task is checked by a specialist who also provides you with a valuable feedback.
