Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder and owner of a Dubai-based organization. We’re focused on developing applications for the professional services sector


What challenge were you trying to address with Ready4S?

We were looking to develop a mobile iOS referral tracking app, specifically for law firms.


What was the scope of their involvement?

I got Ready4S involved at an early stage to help us think through the concept. They did everything from designing and developing the app to eventually transferring it onto our server. It was a complete end-to-end project.

It's a fairly simple app in terms of functionality. The core feature allows users to refer clients and contacts to one another. Companies or organizations are able to monitor and track referrals as well.

What is the team composition?

I worked with a senior designer, a senior developer, and a project manager. Initial discussions were with their business development team.

How did you come to work with Ready4S?

I found them on Clutch along with several other firms that matched my criteria. I had calls with them and two other contenders and they came out on top.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about £25,000 (approximately $31,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

The project took place from February–April 2019.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was quite happy with the way Ready4S approached the project and how the app turned out. They met all of our requirements. We were looking for a team that could give us a high-level design for the app, which they definitely did. They were able to work within our time frame and budget, and they were responsive and easy to work with.

How did Ready4S perform from a project management standpoint?

My project manager gave me updates each week of how many hours they spent on the project and what I could expect in the next week. They created a project timetable and kept me in the loop on what was going on behind the scenes. I'm a lawyer by background. It was very important to me that they could speak a language I understood. Ready4S did a great job of guiding me through the process without using technical jargon. I don’t think that's an easy-to-find skill but they nailed it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They spent a lot of time working with me at the beginning just to get the job. During those initial months, their business development team always followed up and went the extra mile to land this project. I was talking to other firms as well, but I could tell Ready4S was hungry for the work. That was refreshing because sometimes firms can be complacent, which is off-putting.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can't think of anything. I was 100% satisfied.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear with your requirements and instructions. Having daily contact with the project manager is helpful. That's what I did, and it worked really well for me.
